Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
